Come in and have a peek at what we do in Prep K.
Our day starts with ‘Reading Partners’. Just look at the intense focused reading of our amazing little readers. One partner is the reader while the other is a focused and active listener, and then they swap around.
After reading our ‘Big Book’ together we break up into focused little groups to read and play reading games. These games build our reading skills. Do ask us about some of the games we play.
In Maths we have been learning about 3D shapes and addition. We have played lots of games in maths and are getting really skilful in addition.
